Customers are informed that it is possible to submit complaints to the Transport Regulatory Authority pursuant to (EU) Regulation No. 181/2011 on the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport (however, only after submitting a complaint to Air Pullman S.p.A. and 90 days have elapsed since its submission by certified and registered mail to the address Via Nizza No. 230, 10126 - Turin, or an e-mail to one of the following addresses.
