Please be informed that it is possible to submit reports to the Transport Regulatory Authority, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 181/2011, concerning the rights of passengers in bus transport (N.B. only after having submitted a complaint to Air Pullman S.p.A. and after 90 days from sending) by registered mail to Via Nizza n. 230, 10126 - Turin, or by email to one of the following email addresses.
