Over the past year I've used the Malpensa shuttle transfers to Milan city center several times, both from Malpensa and from Linate, and I've never had any problems. I've also always bought tickets online with a small discount when booking round trips together. Very courteous staff. I fully recommend it.

I often use the bus from Milan Centrale to Malpensa. I usually choose the Airpullman service because the buses are clean and the drivers are always in contact to choose the fastest route based on traffic—I know because I sit in the front and listen a bit. On Monday the 7th I left my phone on the bus, I contacted the lost and found office this morning with little hope, but I can only say that the phone is here—they organized themselves really well and even brought it to Malpensa! Thanks to Vito, who delivered the phone to me at the bus stop, and thanks to everyone!

Excellent experience! The buses are always on time and the staff is so kind and helpful. They do their best to get you safely to your destination and give you the best experience without worrying about anything. The buses are comfortable with air conditioning and there's plenty of space for hand luggage on board. To make your trip smooth, I highly recommend choosing this company over the others!
